On December 16th, 2014 the Conference Hall of the Neurobiology Center of the Nencki Institute held a meeting "Neurobiology Center and Hydrobiological Station in Mikołajki 12 months after …."

The activities of the Neurobiology Centre in the past year were presented by representatives of each laboratory (see agenda). While prof. Adam Szewczyk presented the achievements of the last 12 months and plans for the future regarding the Station in Mikolajki.

During the meeting, Ursula Slawinska, Hanna Fabczak, Anna Jachner-Miśkiewicz and Marcin Szumowski were honored by the Golden Cross of Merit for the establishment and organization of the Neurobiology Center. Prof. Michał Kleiber, President of the Polish Academy of Sciences presented the decorations.
