Flow cytometry
DNA damage analysis
Description:

High-throughput cytometric detection of the H2AX histone phosphorylation, which is a sensitive marker of DNA damage, especially double-strand breaks (DSBs). It is possible to correlate γH2AX phosphorylation with the cell cycle phase and/or apoptosis initiation. This approach provides a more complete picture of the cellular processes occurring during drug treatment or UV exposure.
