Women For Science initiative is happy to invite you to the "Science of gender equality in Academia" panel, the first event after the summer break.
We will discuss the research behind gender equality and the challenges it faces in Academia with three experts in social sciences.
Aleksandra Cisłak-Wójcik is a psychologist and an Associate Professor at SWPS University. Her research focuses on power and group identity, the relationship between power and gender and the perception of women in modern societies.
Ewa Krzaklewska is a sociologist and a PhD at the Jagiellonian University. Her research interests include sociology of youth, gender equality, academic mobility and migration.
